Terms and Conditions for Clean & Quality Exterior Services

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including window cleaning, pressure/soft washing, gutter cleaning, gutter protection system installations, leaf removal, and snow/ice removal. By scheduling a service with Clean & Quality Exterior Services ("we," "us," "our"), you ("the client," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Service Scope
We offer exterior cleaning and maintenance services as outlined on our website and discussed with you during the consultation. Any additional work requested outside the initial scope will be subject to an amended quote.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and clients will be notified in advance of the service date and time. We require access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $10.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  • Deposits: For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to beginning work.

  • Late Payments: Any unpaid balances beyond 14 days from the date of the service will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Clients must ensure that there is adequate access to the areas being serviced, including gates, windows, and power sources if needed.

  • Pets and Valuables: Please secure pets and valuables before we arrive to avoid any accidents or damage.

6. Liability

  • Damage: While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Clean & Quality Exterior Services will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage or damage due to weak structures. We encourage clients to notify us of any areas of concern.

  • Safety: Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions on the property that could affect our work.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work and are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can address the issue.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
