Terms and Conditions for CQ Services LLC

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of window cleaning services provided by CQ Services LLC ("we," "us," "our").

  • By scheduling a service with us, you ("the client," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Service Scope

  • We specialize in window cleaning services as outlined on our website and discussed during the consultation.

  • Any additional work requested outside the initial scope will be subject to an amended quote.

3. Scheduling

  • Scheduling:

    • Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and clients will be notified in advance of the service date and time.

    • Customers who opt in for recurring services will benefit from priority scheduling.

  • First Service Discount (For Recurring Services):

    • The discount for recurring services is applied based on the selected service frequency.

    • A discount will be applied on every recurring service including the initial service.

    • If a recurring service is canceled before the second scheduled visit, an additional charge will be applied to cover the difference from the first service discount, as one-time services do not qualify for discounted pricing.

  • Promotional Codes:

    • Promotional discount codes for first-time services cannot be combined with recurring customer discounts.

    • Recurring customer discounts will be applied to future services.

    • This policy applies only when a promotional code is used. Otherwise, recurring customer discounts apply to all services, including the first one.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule:

    • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payment Methods:

    • We accept cash, checks, online payments, and major credit cards.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access:

    • Clients must ensure there is adequate access to the areas being serviced, including windows, gates, and power sources if needed. We will require access into the home for interior window cleaning, or if window screens blocking exterior glass can only be removed from the interior.

  • Pets and Valuables:

    • Please secure pets and valuables before we arrive to avoid any accidents or damage.

6. Liability

  • Damage:

    • While we take every precaution to prevent damage, CQ Services LLC will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage or damage due to weak structures.

    • We encourage clients to notify us of any areas of concern.

  • Safety:

    • Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions on the property that could affect our work.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We stand behind our work and are committed to client satisfaction.

  • If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can address the issue.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Howard County, Maryland.
