4. Service Terms

4.1 Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by CQ Services LLC are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed on-site, including but not limited to window count, size, accessibility, level of dirt or buildup, and other factors. We will notify you of any pricing adjustments before performing work.

4.2 Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

4.3 Recurring Services

Recurring service plans (monthly, quarterly, twice-yearly, or annual) are subject to their own scheduling and discount terms as communicated at time of booking. Recurring discounts are applied as follows:

• Annual: 10% off
• Twice-Yearly: 15% off
• Quarterly: 20% off
• Monthly: 25% off

Discounts apply only while the recurring service agreement is active. Cancellation of a recurring plan will result in reversion to standard pricing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their property and service needs
• Ensuring safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service
• Securing pets and informing us of any hazards on the property
• Ensuring someone is available or reachable to approve any scope changes

6. Limitation of Liability

CQ Services LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of reasonable repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from customer-provided access restrictions.
