For our Basic Cleaning package you do not need to be home for the cleaning.

If you can’t be home for our Exterior Plus Package, we ask that you remove any window screens blocking access to exterior glass before the service.

For our Premium Cleaning package, we require someone to be present to grant access to your property to clean the interior windows.
